We work with a team of high-profile, experienced professionals and companies with proven track records in mining, industrial development, infrastructure, renewable energy, mixed urban development, real estate and ESG compliance in Africa and beyond.

Our projects are supported by specialised technical, financial and legal advisors with extensive experience in large-scale African projects. We actively engage co-developers, construction firms, specialised facility partners and financial institutions. We continue to build strategic partnerships and consortiums with established operators and institutions to ensure strong delivery capacity across our priority sectors.

We structure projects so that capital partners and strategic participants engage as active co-builders rather than passive investors. This supports stronger alignment, clearer governance and a shared focus on the long-term success of the underlying project. Where appropriate, we work toward structures that can accommodate experienced development partners, multilateral institutions and host-country stakeholders to strengthen governance, environmental and social standards, and overall project readiness.

We also remain open to working with other founders and private investors to pursue common objectives through collaborative models such as co-development, funding partnerships, mergers and advisory engagements.
